    Where love happens

Ethan got his first hair cut (by a professional) today!!! Our neighbor has a studio in her home and did a wonderful job. His hair was getting so long and out of control. I was so proud of Ethan. He sat so still. I think he looks so much older now. No more rag doll. Way to go Ethan!!

I love it when I ask Ethan to smile. He always closes his eyes and smiles real big. I think he can put a smile on anyone’s face.

At seven months Jackson still doesn’t have any teeth. So we get a beautiful “gummy” smile.

First Swing It has been so beautiful outside this last week we spend all day at the park. The boys love being outside. More importantly, it wears them out for nap time.

It is official Ethan is in a big boy bed!! He learned to climb out of his crib a while ago. I was hoping we could put off putting him in a toddler bed a little longer, but after he fell and cut his mouth open I decided it was time. He absolutely loves it. We were lucky we had no problems with the transition. He however moves around A LOT! He has fallen out, but he does not wake up. One morning he woke up and said “Ethie sleep on floor?” He was a little confused as to why he ended up on the floor.

With the new bed, my sleep in days are OVER. He climbs right out comes to find mom and is ready to begin his day… no matter what time of the morning it is. At two in the morning, he is ready to watch Buzz and Woody. At Five he wants breakfast. If he sleeps till six thirty I am lucky.

Jackson is now six and a half months old and has started the caterpillar crawl! He gets his bum high in the air and stretches out his arms. It gets very entertaining to watch. It is hard to believe he is at this stage in his life. He loves to go wherever his big brother is and wants to do what he is doing.
